A theme is a component of Magento designed to give your website a different look. Basically it’s a combination of patterns, styles, designs, and images.

Magento 2 generally offers two themes: Luma and Blank. However, you can create a new theme according to your store’s needs.

Checking available theme

Step 1: Login to admin panel and go to Content -> Themes.

Step 2: You will see the list of themes available in your Magento 2 store.

Scheduling theme for a specific date in Magento 2

To scheduling theme for a specific date follow below steps:

Step 1: Login to admin panel and go to Content -> Themes.

Step 2: Click on Add Design Change.

Step 3: In Generl Settings:

  • Custom Design: Select a theme that you want to use in this schedule design.
  • Date From: Set date from which you want to use this design.
  • Date To: Set date to which you want the ending of this design.

Step 4: Click on Save button.
