Customer Registration Email Template is an email that informs customers about their registration to the store. The customer registration email contains important details of the customer such as email id, user name, and many more details of the customer.
To create Email Template for Customer registration follow below steps:
Step 1: Login to admin panel and go to Marketing -> Communications -> Email Templates.
Step 2: Click on Add New Template.
Step 3: Select the New Account template in the Template section and click on Load Template.
Step 4: Enter the Template Name for your template.
Step 5: If you need to Change Template Content then you can change it as you wish. We can also add Template Style(Optional).
Step 6: Click on Save Template button.
Assigning Email Template
After Creating new template you need to assign it to the store configurations.To assign email template follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login to admin panel and go to Stores ->Setting -> Configuration.
Step 2: Go to Customers -> Customer Configuration.
Step 3: Then go to Create New Account Options section and expand by clicking on that, Go to Default Welcome Email Without Password and remove the checkmark Use system value and choose the template from the list.
Step 4: Click on Save Config button.
