VAT ID is the unique number that identifies a taxable person (business) or non-taxable legal entity registered for VAT. It is also known as a VAT registration number. To add a customer VAT ID in shopware 6 follow the below steps.
Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and go to the Customers > Overview.
Step 2: Click on the Edit button of a customer.
Step 3: In the Account section, Fill the VAT Reg No in these fields.
Step 4: Now click on the Save button.
Step 5: Customers can view the VAT Reg No. on the customer overview section on the frontend.
