To change the listing layout in shopware 6 follow the below steps:
For example, the Food category listing layout looks like this.
Step 1: Now login to the admin panel and go to Catalogues > Category option.
Step 2: Select the category you want to change.
Step 3: Click on the layout section.
Step 4: Click on the “Change layout” button.
Step 5: Select the other category layout. By default, there are two category layouts available. If you don’t want to use these two then you can create a custom layout for listing as per your requirement.

Step 6: Click on the “Save” button to save all the progress.
