Step 1: First open the cyber duck on your computer if you don’t have cyber duck install on your system please check the link to download the one. Cyber Duck
Step 2: You can see the default view of cyber duck. Now click on “Open Connection” Icon.
Step 3: A popup appear when you click on “open connection”. Make sure you select “WebDAV (HTTP/SSL)” in drop down.
Step 4: Go to your bigcommerce admin and click on “Design” on right corner.
Step 5: Click on “WebDev” to get all the infomation require to connect cyber with your bigcommerce.
Step 6: Copy “WebDev Path” and paste it in side server input field.
Step 7: In the same way copy and paste the “username” and “password”.
Step 8: If you are still not able to connect cyber duck than refer to this post. Create new user in bigcommerce
