How to create new form and call it on Shop pages in shopware 5 ?

Create New Form and Call It on Shop Pages in Shopware 5

Please follow the below steps to create a new form and call them on shop pages.

Step 1: Login to the admin panel and go to Content >Forms.

Step 2: Click on the Add button to create the new form.

Step 3: Fill the Basic information and Click on the Save button to save the form.

Note : Click on the Active to active the form.

Step 4: After clicked on the Save button, Click on the Fields.

Step 5: Click on the Add field .

Step 6: Fill the options and click on the Save button.

Note: Click on the Required section to activate the form and clear the cache.

Step 7: Go to the Forms section and click on the Pencil icon to edit the form which we created.

Step 8: Copy the link which is below the Name section.

Step 9: Now go to the Content >Shop pages.

Step 10: Fill the content area.

Step 11: Chose the Groups where you want to show the form in shop page. By just drag the Groups option into the Assigned groups.

Step 12: Paste the link which we copied before into the Link address.

Step 13: Click on the Save button.

Step 14: Now go to the Store Front and click on the Form which we created on the information group.

Step 15: This is the Form which we created.
