How to Enable Debug or Developer Mode in Shopware 6?

Debug or developer mode is a development mode that provides additional information and tools for debugging and troubleshooting website issues.

To enable the debug or developer mode in shopware 6, follow the below steps.

Step 1: Open the .env file located in the root directory of your Shopware 6.

Step 2: On the .env file you change the line.

APP_ENV=prod

to

APP_ENV=dev

Step 3: Save the changes to the .env file. It will look like this on shopware 6.

The debugging tool will appear in the footer section when debug mode is enabled in Shopware 6.
