How to export orders in shopware 6?

In shopware, you can export orders from the admin. To export orders in shopware 6 follow the below steps:

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and go to the Settings > Shop > Import/Export.

Step 2: Click on the Profiles option, to create a new profile Order.

Step 3: Click on the Add new profile button.

Step 4: Fill in the General section fields.

Note:- For export orders, the profile must contain the following mandatory fields:- id, salesChannelId, orderDateTime, stateId.

  • Profile name: Enter the profile name. Eg:- product, customer, order, etc.
  • Object type: Select the object type. Eg:- product, customer, order, etc.

Now you have to add mapping and click on the new mapping button. Enter the CSV name and select the database entry.

Step 5: Click on the Add profile button, to save the new order profile.

Step 6: Go to the Export section, to export the orders.

Step 7: Select the Order profile in the Export section.

Step 8:- Click on the Start export button.

Step 9: In the Export activity section, download your CSV order file.
