Flow Builder in Shopware 6 is a powerful tool that allows you to automate various processes in your online store, including sending emails. With Flow Builder, you can easily set up a flow that will automatically send an email to your customers when certain events occur, such as when an order is placed. To send an email using Flow Builder, you simply need to create a new flow, select the trigger event, add a “Send email” action, and specify the email recipient, subject, and body. You can also use placeholders to dynamically insert information from the triggering event, such as the customer’s name or order details. With Flow Builder, you can streamline your email communication and provide your customers with timely and personalized messages.
In this tutorial, we are going to discuss how we can send the order confirmation main to different shop owners or responsible staff of our store to notify them the order is placed all the steps are mentioned below please follow them to perform this action using flow builder in Shopware 6.
Step 1: First, go to your Shopware 6 backend and navigate to “Settings” -> “Flow Builder”.
Step 2: Click on the “Add flow” button to add your new flow and give your flow a name, e.g. “Order Confirmation Email Flow”.
Step 3: Now click on the tab “Flow” and add the trigger in the “trigger” section select the event “Checkout -> Order-> Placed”.
Step 4: After selecting the trigger now add the condition or action as per your requirement. In this tutorial, I am going to add the action called “Send mail” and then select the recipient to Custom recipient enter the email ids in which you need to send the mail. Select the Email template which you need to send I have selected the template “Order confirmation” and then click on “Add action”.
Step 5: The order confirmation mail will be sent to the other staff email which you have added in the email id section.
