How to set discounts for specific customer groups in shopware 5?

Shopware 5 has the feature to set discounts for a specific customer group. Follow the below steps to create it.

Step 1: Go to the Admin panel and click on the Configuration>Basic settings.

Step 2: Click on the Shop settings and Customer groups.

Step 3: Click on the Add entry to create a new customer group or you can edit the existing one.

Step 4: Fill in the required fields and click on the Add entry to set Shopping cart discount.


Shopping cart value:- It means the customer has to purchase a minimum amount of value.

Shopping cart discount:- It means the customer has given this amount of cart discount.

Step 5: Click on the Save button to save the process.

Note: Make sure customers have to login into B2B/Reseller group. So, that discount will occur.

Step 6: Now go to the Front-store and click on the Proceed to checkout to set the discount for a specific customer.
