How to send invoices automatically by Email in shopware 6?

In shopware 6 you can automatically send invoices by email with the help of Flow Builder.

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and go to the Settings > Shop > Flow Builder.

Step 2: Click on the “Add Flow” button.

Step 3: Fill in the required fields “General information” section.

  • Name: Enter the flow name.
  • Description: Enter the flow description. This field is not required so you can skip this field.
  • Priority: Enter the priority in this field. Eg:- 1,2 etc. This field is also not required so you can skip this field.
  • Active: You can enable or disable this flow builder by clicking on it.

Step 4: Now click on the Flow section, to add a condition.

Step 5: On the Trigger section. Select Checkout > Order > Placed.

Step 6: Click on the Add action (THEN) button.

Step 7: Select the “Send email” option.

Step 8: After selecting the “Send email” option. The “Send mail” option filed will be a popup.

  • Recipient: In this field, you can choose the recipient between Standard, Admin, and Custom.
  • Email template: Choose the email template which will be shown on the customer mail.
  • Add (latest) documents: You can add the latest documents to your email.

Step 9: Click on the Add action button.

Step 10: Click on the Save button.

Your new flow builder is created. Now it will send invoices automatically by email.
